Rules Governing Your MethSpin Account, Balance and Casino Activity
Effective Date: 9 August 2026
Last Updated: 9 August 2026
These Terms govern our site, accounts, games, payments, verification, responsible gambling controls and support. By using the site or creating an account, you accept these Terms and incorporated policies.
1. Definitions and acceptance
Account means the player profile and its transaction, game and control records. Cash balance means real-money funds. Bonus funds means promotional value governed by additional conditions. KYC means identity, age, address, payment ownership and related verification. Site includes our web and mobile services.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not create or use an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, act for yourself and comply with the laws that apply to you. You must not use another person’s identity, payment method or account. We may request evidence of eligibility at any stage.
3. Registration and account security
Provide accurate legal name, date of birth, residential address, email and mobile details. One player may maintain one account unless we expressly approve otherwise. Keep information current, use a unique password and protect one-time codes. You are responsible for activity completed with valid credentials until you notify us of suspected compromise.
4. Verification
We may request photo ID, proof of address, payment ownership, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence. Documents must be complete, current and authentic. We may restrict deposits, play, promotions or withdrawals while checks are performed. False documents or failure to complete a required review can result in restriction or closure.
5. Deposits and balances
Use only a card, bank account, PayID or wallet you own. Cashier minimums, maximums, currencies and fees are shown before confirmation. A payment may be declined, reversed or reviewed where ownership, security, chargeback or fraud concerns arise. Account balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
6. Withdrawals
Submit a withdrawal through the cashier using an eligible method. We may apply return-to-source rules, complete KYC, review account activity and require an active bonus to be completed or cancelled. Limits and processing stages displayed in the cashier apply to the request. Duplicate requests can be consolidated or returned. External banks, card schemes and blockchain networks can add settlement time after approval.
7. Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion has terms covering eligibility, activation, qualifying deposit, cap, wagering, maximum stake, eligible games, contribution, expiry and cashout limits. One offer may be limited per person, account, household, address, device, payment method or network. Bonus abuse, coordinated claims or stakes above the maximum can result in cancellation of bonus funds and related winnings.
Cancelling a bonus may remove the bonus balance and linked winnings. Review the confirmation before proceeding.
8. Games and accepted transactions
Game rules, paytables, RTP, stake ranges and maximum wins appear in the game interface or supplier information. A wager is accepted when recorded by our system. Interrupted rounds are resolved using supplier and transaction records. Display errors do not create an entitlement to an incorrect win, price, bonus or balance.
We may void or correct affected transactions where a technical malfunction, incorrect configuration, duplicate credit, payment error, manifest odds error or game failure is verified.
9. Prohibited activity
You must not commit fraud, collude, use multiple accounts, submit false documents, abuse bonuses or chargebacks, use another person’s funds, interfere with software, use automated tools, exploit an error, disguise prohibited activity through a proxy or coordinate play to obtain an unfair advantage. We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict activity, void affected transactions and report suspected unlawful conduct.
10. Suspension, closure and inactive accounts
We may suspend or close an account for a Terms breach, failed verification, security risk, legal duty, fraud concern or responsible gambling action. You may request closure through support. Before closure, valid cash balances remain subject to verification, payment review and lawful deductions. Inactive-account handling, including any fee, follows the notice and period stated in the current account terms.
11. Limits, breaks and safer-play responsibilities
Use the limits and break options provided in the account. Cooling-off and self-exclusion can restrict login, play and marketing for the selected period. Attempts to bypass a control may lead to further restriction. Gambling is not a source of income and losses must not be chased.
12. Intellectual property and site use
Our site content, branding, interfaces and software are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them only for personal account access. Scraping, reproduction, reverse engineering, interference and commercial reuse are prohibited unless authorised in writing.
13. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Payment providers, game suppliers and external links may apply separate terms. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service outside our control, while our responsibility for our own conduct remains subject to applicable law.
14. Liability
Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, device or network failure, user error, market movement in crypto assets or third-party interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Complaints and disputes
Contact live chat or [email protected] with your registered email, issue date, transaction or round ID, evidence and requested outcome. We review system records, account history, communications and applicable terms. Any external escalation route stated in the current legal footer applies after the internal review is completed.
16. Changes, severability and governing terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. The Last Updated date identifies the revision. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Governing law and the contracting entity are those disclosed in the current legal footer and account terms at acceptance.
